Late Arrival & Rescheduling
Out of respect for all of our clients and their pets, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will need to be rescheduled for a future visit. This policy is in place to ensure that every patient receives the full attention they deserve and that our schedule remains on time for all clients.
If you believe you may be running late, please call us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you or make alternative arrangements.
We appreciate your understanding and your courtesy toward our team and fellow clients.
Repeated No-Call No-Show
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients whenever possible. However, repeated missed appointments without notice significantly impact our ability to serve other patients in need.
Clients who have missed three (3) or more appointments without prior cancellation notice (no-call no-show) will be required to prepay in full at the time of scheduling all future appointments.
Please note: Prepayments are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled visit. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future visit.

Multi-Pet (Family) Appointment Prepayment
To better manage our schedule and ensure every patient receives the attention they deserve, appointments expected to exceed one (1) hour in duration — including multi-pet or family appointments — are subject to our prepayment policy.
A prepayment in full will be required at the time of booking for any appointment of this type.
